OUR sTORY
Isabel’s Burton first opened its doors in 2022, founded by UK artist, DJ and Burton born Nathan Dawe with a simple idea in mind: bring a fresh, vibrant dining experience to Burton-upon-Trent. What started as a passion project quickly became a much-loved part of the community – a place where great food, great music, and great company come together.
Over the last three years, Isabel’s has grown far beyond its early vision. From unforgettable weekend atmospheres to relaxed weekday dining, we’ve built a home where guests return time and time again. The support from our customers has been overwhelming, and it’s because of this that we’re ready for our next chapter.
In early 2026, Isabel’s Burton moved just across the road into a brand-new, significantly larger premises. This new space will allow us to elevate everything you already love – more seating, a better bar experience, upgraded dining areas, a garden / terrace and new ways for us to bring people together. Same team, same energy, same heart… just bigger and better.

Early 2022
Plans for the original Isabel’s Burton started to take shape. What began as a simple idea quickly grew into an ambitious project built around quality, atmosphere, and community.
Dec 2022
The doors officially opened, bringing a new dining experience to Burton-upon-Trent. From day one, Isabel’s became known for its vibrant energy and warm, welcoming feel.
Summer 2025
Our second location officially opened on the island of Zakynthos, Greece — a beach-side evolution of the Isabel’s brand, bringing our signature style to the Mediterranean.
Sept 2025
With three successful years behind us, work began on moving Isabel’s Burton to a much larger premises just across the road. A new space to grow, expand, and elevate the entire experience.
Early 2026
Isabel’s Burton opened its new, significantly larger home, marking the start of an exciting new chapter while staying true to everything our guests already love.
