Our venue is 7 days a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

There’s no formal dress code throughout the week, however on Fridays and Saturdays we ask guests to make a little extra effort. Smart casual is perfect.

While reservations are not mandatory, we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times. However, we now have a dedicated bar area to accomodate drinks only walk-ins.

Yes, parking is available in the public Cooper’s Square car park at the rear of the venue.

We accept both cash and card payments, including all major credit and debit cards.

Yes, we offer takeaway from our food menu, hot drinks, and matchas. Simply pop in, place your order, and take it away.

Yes, gift cards are available in-store and on our website. Click here or use the “Gift Card” button at the the top of the page, or simply just pop-in.

From time to time, we offer exclusive promotions or discounts. Be sure to follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter for updates.

No, we have made booking a dining table quicker and easier than ever before. We no longer require card details, this will ensure a smoother booking experience. *Event nights excluded*

Our kitchen serves food daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Sundays 7:00 PM), offering a selection of dishes perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or light bites. Last food orders must be in by 9:00PM (Sundays 7:00 PM).

Yes, our dedicated bar area will be able to accomodate walk-in drinkers on a first come, first served basis.

Yes, our bar is open all day, and you are welcome to enjoy drinks without ordering food.

Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, GF & DF options on our menu, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Some courses can be adapted for dietary requirements upon request.

Children are very welcome at Isabel’s, and we offer baby changing facilities as part of our family-friendly setting. We also have a dedicated kids’ menu available. We kindly ask that children vacate the premises by 9:00pm on Friday’s & Saturday’s.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our outside Terrace area. For the comfort of all guests, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not permitted inside.

Yes, we have a large canopy covering the garden and we also have heaters around the perimeter.

Yes, our venue and toilets are wheelchair accessible.

Yes, we require card details for drinks only table bookings after 9pm on Friday & Saturday nights. We do not take any pre-payment, the card details are only stored for our cancellation policy.
