Meet our Head Chef, Tony!

Tony joins us from the amazing ‘Pascals at The Old Vicarage’ where he held the head chef position! He has also held previous senior positions at the Meynell Ingram Arms, Turpins Bar & Grill and The Watergate.

Tony is a fantastic addition to the Isabel’s family. He is calm and collected under pressure and is renowned throughout the area for his outstanding food. He puts passion into every plate and has upheld five star ratings in every kitchen he’s ran.

Furthermore, he has a keen eye for detail and is well respected for his culinary talents. He eats, sleeps and breathes cuisine and works closely alongside suppliers to ensure the freshest high quality ingredients.

When he’s not cooking up a storm, he loves spending time in the great outdoors and being with his family. A hard working chef and all around gentleman. Tony can’t wait to cook for you!

Meet our Sous Chef, Cory!

At only 26 years old Cory has already made an impressive reputation for himself in the culinary world.

Having worked in numerous high-end restaurants, hotels and spas as well as being part of an establishment that holds a 2AA rosette he is certainly not a chef to underestimate.

Always up for a challenge, he assisted the opening of a new bar in Ayia Napa as head chef and once returning home he spent a year at the well known Pascals at the Old Vicarage, where he displayed his skills and produced top tier dishes.

When he’s not creating mouth watering food you can find Cory spending time with his friends and attending music festivals! A huge asset to the Isabel’s family, Cory is so excited to wow you with his cooking
